Organized reference knowledge
Browse medical material by specialty (182 specialties, named in 12 languages) and category, filter by source status, and search titles, authors, topics, codes and document text; every source shows its evidence type, language, version and licence.

Keep authors, dates, licences, originals and versions, with page or timestamp citations when available.
Documented review
Publishing requires a recorded review decision with notes. One administrator may review and publish, for a single source or for a batch with a shared note; a second reviewer is not required. Revisions pass through review before replacing published evidence.
AVA evidence analysis
Ask cited questions, compare published excerpts and prepare research briefs. When no sources are selected, Ask and Research answer from your reviewed library first and also search PubMed and public health websites such as MedlinePlus, citing each with its link; those results are not reviewed Wiki sources. Library statistics describe collection metadata.

Access follows the evidence.
AI retrieval requires approved access and eligible reference sources. Each API key is issued by a Wiki administrator for one application (an Aimedis app or a custom application ID), expires after 1–365 days or never, can be rotated or revoked at any time, and reads every published, reviewed and licensed reference source of its organization. There is no per-source selection, so publishing a source makes it available to every key. Patient processing requires separate approval and is outside this reference API. Wiki supports evidence review; clinical decisions remain with qualified professionals.
